I offer a complete training package for all levels of fitness. Any age, any condition, from novice to professional athlete, people who have special health conditions to people who have been away from training for a long time and want to return to it. I use a wide variety of training methods including and not exclusive to: muscle confusion, weight training, cardio strength training, core and balance training, kettle bells, cross fit training. speed and agility training, etc. Everything is tailored to your individual needs. I also offer nutritional advice and have access to nutrition specialists.
